OUR SPACERBOTS
Our Spacerbots enable fully automated production of spacer frames.
One is in charge of the cut-to-length profiles on our Romillo. Two others are working on frame production on our Roweldo.
OUR ROTOSORT
Our Romillo Spacerbot places the prepared profiles with precision into our movable Rotosort carousel, which can then be easily moved over to the Roweldo.
The Spacerbots there remove the prepared bars from the Rotosort carousel and then place them into our Roweldo.
Both machines are equipped with two Rotosort units, which can be swapped over with virtually no loss of time. This optimises our fully automated process and ensures optimum cycle times.

Smart Key 90 degrees
The flexible 90-degree Smart Key for the fully automated processing of sawn and plugged Swisspacer and Multitech profiles.
Flexibly adjustable to widths of 12–20 mm.
Smart Key 45 degrees
The flexible 45-degree Smart Key for the fully automated processing of weldable Swisspacer and Multitech profiles.
Flexibly adjustable to widths of 12–20 mm.
Universal Steel Key
The Universal Steel Key for the fully automatic and gas-tight processing of Technoform profiles.
